So a Whole mess of critters will be coming with that new building.  Since you make them using Colored Gems you get from Harvesting.  That sounds pretty much exactly like the Dino Lab.

And bonus: Looks like if you pour in a bunch of time into Chefville you get this Unicorn, and some other gibberish.
