I have seen a whole mess of people asking questions, so I decided to toss out some tips.

Animals:

Shove this cat in your Pet Runs to speed up the Harvesting/Mastery.

Shove this Mini Horse in your Paddocks to speed up the Harvesting/Mastery.

Crops:

The Wheat, Red Tulips, Carrot, Cotton, Grape, Peppermint, and Morning Glory are set for "all" meaning you can get away with using Super versions or even some of the variants.  But because I like you Here is the Ones that Count.

Red Tulips: Red Tulips or Super Red Tulips
Carrots: Carrots, Heirloom Carrots, or Iced Carrots
Cotton: Cotton or Super Cotton
Grape: White Grapes, Super Grapes, Grapes or Frozen Grapes
Peppermint: The Regular Winterwonderland Peppermint or the Peppermint Crop (the green one, like in the quest guide)
Morning Glory: Morning Glory and SUPER Morning Glory.

Now When it comes to the Other 2 Quest Crops: Squash and Pattypan.
You can only, as of now use Regular Squash and Regulary Pattypan.  NO SUPER or VARIANTS.

Other Tasks:

Clearly you Just wall post or Click your friends Posts for the "get X" things, so that's a 1/3rd of the Questline Knocked out fairly easy.
The Buildings You just have to harvest those.
The Tree, Move it between 2 Orchards and win.
This is an Open Farm quest so it should count most Everything on any farms, the only not for sure things Could be the Island Versions of Animal Pens.

You Can do this, and you don't have to stress about it, This one is easy Peasey and being repeatable I'm sure a number of folks will knock it out a few times.
