If you check your neighbor bar, on the far right end, you should see the serve Farm icon, head over help them grow the tree and get a tiger, It says you should like their page, I'll leave that up to you, if you want to or no.

Looks like the Serve Promo May end up being US Only.

Edit: It does look like they have it locked just to US Folks.  Now I'm gonna say I already know some NON US Farmers that have got the Serve Tiger.  They likely made use of US Facebook Buddies or Proxies.  I remember the work it was way back to get both Fruit Bars Masteries for my own farm.
