Well there isn't a whole lot for me to help you on, other than telling you the Bushels you need for the Crafts.  And where to shove the one animal you must harvest 5 times.

The Fairy Blue bird goes in the Aviary.
And you need 5 harvests on it.  Which of course is easier if you have multiple Aviaries. 
Another way to maybe speed up things, Have your Aviary mostly empty when putting in the Bluebird to increase your chance of getting a Mystery Baby/Egg that is a Bluebird.

If you can get the bushels, and have your Ship already to level 3, and have at least 1 Aviary, You got this one in the bag I would suspect.

These quests aren't as tough as those Lighthouse Cove ones last year, that I actually was writing out by hand how to complete them.  Gosh the old days.
