Yep You need 2 harvests on this one for Task 1. And for those holding off building other things, I'd bet we'll see a future quest needing a Cupcake Doghouse. And likely one needing the new Nursery. It's almost a given, they will "force" you to build these sort of things, if you want to quest, or you can pay the farmcash to skip.
