Anyway you do what the dog demands of you.
Then You get a reward.
Easy Peasy if it works right.
To access it look on the right side of your farm for the above icon, or look on the right border of your farm for a big ole thing.
Do what they demand of you.
And get a Reward, easy peazy.

It seems there is this neat mastery feature that as you master the dragon they grow up, from small, to adult, to winged adult, to winged fire breathing adult.
"Dragon Spells" will help you with the mastery of said dragons. (note this is only for these Lair Dragons, not the older ones, and likely not for all Future dragons either)
Here is an example of 2 Presidential Dragon mastery signs, the Small and the Fire. The sign seems to change as your dragon Grows.

Anyway this is a fast slow roll out to most players it seems. The 3 parts you need a whole mess of, 2 are wall posts, the other is a direct request of friends.
You will need about 96 Papers, 96 Bottles of Crap, 144 Glass Boxes. So Good luck in your quest to build this one.
Just gonna say it, likely within the month, this will be needed for an open farm questline.
