So why is a Sale called the Farmageddon?

Well in short some players of Farmville will feel like their world has Ended.

I will elaborate more in moment.

So Who is getting their Feelings hurt?  Well those farmers that bought all the stuff at full price, only to feel slighted once they go on sale, This is normal human nature, to feel like you've had the wool pulled over your eyes when something for 50 dollars Goes on sale for 25.  But in The real world Halloween Stuff goes on sale November 1, but those are Physical tangible goods that are generally needing to be sold for whatever possible.  Farmville is Virtual there is no tangible goods, so there is no reason for a sale, other than to offer stuff to farmers with less money.  This is a good thing!  But Zynga is risking alienating their Hardcore buyers that already spent the money on items before the sale.  This is a bad thing.

As we get closer to the Sale, there is still a chance it will be canceled, and then the only people that get their feelings hurt are the buyers that have heard the rumors of a sale.  Which is very bad.  As we've stated so far since the first mention of the sale, this is early info that MAY change before 12:00 EST November 1 Est.  More as we know it.

Like how someone got a Duckling out of a Mystery Box.

Or

That some players got a special animal for downloading something.

Its that time of year again, Halloween! There have been many releases of Halloween items in Farmville and I am sure you all have already been decorating your farms with all of the new and re-released goodies in the market this Halloween. So why not win some Farmville Cash for all of your decorating?! All you have do to is send a picture of your farm to contests@fvnation.com.  There will be a total of 5 winners in this contest and the farms entered will be graded by the members of the Farmville Nation Team. You may enter your farm once and only once. You also have to send in your farm by October 31st 2010 to contests@fvnation.com. If you do not know how to take a screenshot of your farm and upload it on a picture hosting website you can read about it HERE 

These are the places and the amount of cash prizes for each place.

1st place: 300 FVC worth of items sent to your farm

2nd place: 200 FVC worth of items sent to your farm

3rd place: 100 FVC worth of items sent to your farm

4th place: 75 FVC worth of items sent to your farm

5th place: 50 FVC worth of items sent to your farm

1. One farm entry per person is allowed.

There is a new Idiot SCAM that is going around facebook.

Short version IF ANYONE TELLS YOU TO LIKE 

SOMETHING TO GET A BIGGER FARM

ITS A SCAM AND WILL ULTIMATELY

CAUSE YOU HARM

Lets look at a few things that tell this is a huge load of crap.

 1)  They Tell you there are scams running around, This is their way of saying their Scam to steal your personal information, kill your computer, and eat your dog, is totally Legit.  Yes if you Click like and do what they tell you, You might as well go outside, Find the first shady person you can, Give them your id, all your money, your keys, your home address, And also a map to all your friends houses, among other things.

2) Since when Do Farm Expansions show up in the giftbox?  Also why would the Farm Expand not be a 28×28, since the current size is 26×26?  And Even more for questioning, why would you only save 1,000,000 coins on the 30×30, the 26×26 was 2 Million.
The Idiots that create the scams, they leave the breadcrumbs so you know this isnt real. In the Time I've wrote the first part of this article, over 390 people have fallen prey to this load of crap.

3) Lets look at the wall for this scam… Hold up, that says to download some spyware filled piece of software so you can farm automatically, And why would zynga create awhole new domain name to list an application on?  Clearly if you download this, your computer is going to get computer aids, and then send computer aids to all your friends.  That frankly won't be too happy with you for destroying their computer and maybe their life.

How do you create decorations in farmville?  Thats new.  And Since when can you win 100.000 Xp per day?  Obviously these people dont play farmville, that create these scams.

Here is one more way to be 100% certain something is a scam on facebook.  There is maybe 1000s of ways to tell this is a scam.  But this is no doubt one of the fastest growing scams I've seen.  I hope you and your friends stay safe.
