Hello Folks, here is the quests that should be rolling out Sometime Thursday Afternoon, I'd say after about 1:00 PM Eastern sounds pretty likely.  As soon as Possible I'll put up the "Pretty Version" of the Guide, since I know some folks enjoy those.  Also stuff *Could* change between now and when this quest rolls out, so be aware of such things.
