So This is hard to say if its intended or not, but at the same time they Unrolled the Stuffing Prevention for the Hawaiian Farm, they also seemingly Reinstated the Coconut Harvests on Other Farms. I just tested it, and my Orchard of 20 Pink Plumeria (from my days of giving Zynga a lot more fund than I do now), and I got 10,000 Coconuts that actually showed up in my balance on Hawaii.
So if you have stuff on other farms to get coconuts, now would be the time to milk them coconuts as best you can. Of course you should then Spend what you build up, before they can take it away, since they very well could take all of them away.

Also In another *new Feature*
Something is going on with these Trees and seedlings, They may have attempted to block the Level 2s from being in seedlings, but its not working, I did a fair amount of testing and it seems like The Level 2 Plumeria, Jaca, Ohia, and Giant Shamrock can be got from Orchard Harvests. I suspect they will be making some more changes to this soon.

Kou Tree

I'm Beyond amazed at
1) How Much they want to make people rage over Coconuts
2) How quickly they are modifying these things, Its like they called in a special Squad of folks to "fix" these issues, while ignoring the others.
So Today Farmville Players, I think we won this Day, But we still lost a little, but overall we got more wins than loses.
In what can only be considered a Win for the players, enough people voiced their unhappiness with the Orchard Changes that, they have Removed the changes from earlier today. Also with this change they have REMOVED the Rainbow Gum tree from the Market.
So At least for now, it appears the strong Negative Response to the Orchard Change was enough to make them change their Minds. I know I saw a number of Posts elsewhere among the other Farmville News Sites, and it looks like the voice was loud enough, for now.
So Next step in this Attempt to Defeat the Players, I've had 2 Farmers report Even after Refreshing a number of times after getting their New Hawaiian Farm, they had ZERO Coconuts. Well Played Zynga. And by Well Played I mean, what drives a company to do everything they can to piss off and annoy their players?
And while I was writing this 3 more have reported in. So this will be interesting to see how it turns out. And by Interesting I mean I could see this taking out another huge chunk of players.
Basically for some reason they decided its time to hit the cove back up… Could this be a precursor to releasing shared Storage License. That does Sound Very Zynga-ish, Make people rage, then release something in an effort to make them happy.
Anyway there is a trick to these questlines, there are two Versions of each set of Tasks. So below you will find a total of 6 quests, One Questline is Considerably easier than the other. When these are coming, who knows could be soon, could be later this month. The Prizes are the same. The Quests on Top are the "easy", while the Bottom Quests are the Hard Ones.
As you see Everyone will have to have Clover Mastered to 2 Stars, Craft 5 Creamed Corns, and Master Cauliflower to 2 stars. The Easy Questline just need to request stuff for the other 3 Tasks, and those Request links are at the bottom. The harder Questline will have to Harvest A Horse Paddock 4 Times, Harvest the Lighthouse Cove 4 Times, and Master the Pine Martin to 2 Stars.
Oh Zynga you silly bunch of weasels. You guys must REALLY WANT people to spend real money on Coconuts, because with the last "Enhance" they added this AWESOME NEW FEATURE!

I added 2 trees and Lost 8% of readyness. Thanks A lot Zynga, this sure is gonna level the Playing Field. Since that is your reason for attempting to ruin Coconut doings. Zynga clearly halted free Access while they worked to correct these "fairness issues" Note: as of now It may only be on Hawaii the % drop happens. I'm checking my home Farm, and will update the post in a bit.
Edit: My Home, WW, EC and LHC Orchards still function how they used to. For now.
I just sometimes have to shake my head and wonder how much longer before they run everyone off.
Basically this is all we know at this point. Which isn't Much, but it sure sounds like a Mastery Sign Billboard Style Building for Garden Gnomes. Its 8 Squares by 7 Squares. And will require a whole mess of Parts to Fully Expand.
