So I got to pop 2 balloons then the game went wonky and is broke.
It may be broke for others, who knows with the Zynga.
Maybe it'll work later on, it appears that one of the item images or something is mucked up.

A New “Vote” prize Building.
Basically there are 2 sets of prizes for this new Vote Building (think Naughty and Nice Building back during the Winter Holiday) This one seems to change style based on what choices you make or some such, its still kinda way new, You will need to shove some crap in it, and when we have those links we will post them.
