When do you think Early Access will be offered Bob?

Well I got out my handy dandy Calender.  And I think based on the moon, stars, clovers, hearts, horseshoes, diamonds and balloons (they are magically delicious after all) That the Early Access will start being offered sometime on Monday, November 28th, 2011.  Could be early, could be late, Who knows, but that's what my bowl of cereal told me.

Help My “Bow Tie” tree didn’t count…

So I've had a ton of messages from folks about this.

"Help I harvested my Bow Tie Tree and it didn't count"  And of course I understand the stress of the quests, you only have So many days to do them!

And every time so far its turned out they harvested a GIANT Bow Tie Tree, and didn't even realize they had a normal one in their gift box.

So Before Yelling at your computer, me, zynga, or your Birds.

Make sure the Tree You harvested isn't the big one, but the normal sized one.

Just a tip, The Tourist Penguin, He only wants to live on one Farm for now…

I've now heard from at least 4 farmers who placed their Tourist Penguin on their EC or HF.  Which kinda makes it hard to harvest him for the Lighthouse Cove Quest.

So just as a heads up, You are gonna wanna place the Tourist Penguin on your Lighthouse Cove Farm.

Or you will be unlikely able to complete the Questline.

If you have already placed your Tourist Penguin on the wrong Farm, well there is a little bit of hope.

1) go to support and get them to move him over, which I cant be sure of your likely hood of success.

2) You will need a Number of Zoos that are ready, and move your penguin around all the Zoos you have, that way hopefully you get a Common Zoo baby, leave it in your giftbox, place on LHC and feed.  Maybe you will pull the rabbit out the hat, so to speak and get the needed Tourist Penguin.

Early Access to the Winter Wonderland, is it worth it?

Let's talk early access and if its a deal worth taking.

Pros:

You get access to the Winter Wonderland a full 7 Days Early
You Get that Holiday Woolly Mammoth (an Exclusive Rare, that Likely will not be in the market for at least a while, if Ever)
You likely get your own exclusive Questline with exclusive Prizes. Gnome, Level 1 Tree, Horse, 2 Animals wearing Holiday Hats, Its possible some of this will show up in the market in the future.  And you Can Grow the Horse from its foal for 36 Cash.

Cons:

You get your own exclusive Questline. (Just kidding, Quests are AWESOME!)
Its likely 55 Cash
It's a forth Farm to Steal more of your time, and require a lot more clicking.

So Its very much likely the scales tip towards In Favor of.
I love the Gnomes and Level 1 Trees.  And that Blue Horse calls to me.

You will get my cash Zynga, I'd sure like if you put the Level 1 Borealis tree in the market, Kinda like how the Northern Red Oak ended up in the Market.

The Gimmicks of the WinterWonderland

And here we go.

The New Snow Treasures, It appears you will be starting with a few and with each expansion you get some more.  Its very likely I'd guess that each snow treasure will be something interesting.  Or crap.  I'd like to pretend its all amazing wonderful stuff.

The Railroad station, If it looks like a Railroad Station and Sounds like the Cove, Its a Reskinned idea!  Cept this time You seemingly harvest for Presents instead of bushels of Fish or Lobsters.

The New Habitat, well Throw some snow on one of them, call it wintery and have it be for the Snowy Animals.  That's Gold Jerry! Gold!

The PLOT LIMITS!  Yes Because in the Farming Game its always best to be told NO PLOTS FOR YOU!  I really hate planting stuff, so this doesn't bother me, but I know some people have Paid 100s if not more than a thousand USD for Farmcash, and then Quit because of the LHC Plot limits.  The amount of money I've put into the game, I'm not sure I'll ever quit, Its very likely I'll play this until either Farmville Dies or I do.

The Quests!  Because Quests have became a weekly chore.  I see the pros and cons of these.  Cons: You have to grow what they tell you to, and do as they tell you in the time table they give you.  But the Pro SOOOO out weighs the Con, You get Pretty *AWESOME* prizes that generally would be Cash in the Market.  And heck even some of them come back as cash in the market.

The Craft Building, of course we need a new one of these.  The Country side got a Pub, because well I guess The English Hang out in pubs?  The Lighthouse Cove got a Resturant, because I guess Americans love to eat?  So A Winter Wonderland, What would be a sensible crafting solution…   Yeah that's right, A Sweet Shop.  I'd rather have seen a Toy Shop that churned out actual placeable decos of toys.  But Sweet Shop, Oh what will be made? Ice Wine!  Does every building churn out some sort of Wine or Alcoholic Beverage?  Maybe they are trying to tell us something.

The Crops, of which most are just ice versions of previous crops.  I hope this means at some point we will get a desert farm with such things as Flaming Strawberries and Lava Pineapples.  I doubt it thought.

Plus we'll see New Market Decos, Buildings, Trees and Animals.  Both the Coin and Cash Variety.  Some Recolors and some new stuff.  I know I've seen some I like.
